Why fortify with zinc?
Zinc is an essential trace mineral forelement in the human body. Zinc plays an important role in body growth and development, and helps to maintain a healthy immune system. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimated that zinc deficiency affects around one-third of the world’s population, particularly infants, pregnant and lactating women and the elderly.
