PURAC minerals are highly soluble across the board at both low and neutral pH. Mineral lactates and gluconates typically have a solubility of more than 100% of the RDI (Recommended Daily Intake) per 100 ml of water. PURAC powders typically dissolve very quickly once added to the solution, which is critical for convenience in consumer use of effervescent supplements.
