From November 19^th to 20^th, PURAC will be present at the 4^th European Symposium on Food Safety in Lisbon, organized by the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP).

This year’s symposium will feature a mix of speakers from government, academia and industry from across Europe and from other parts of the world. PURAC will be present with a booth and poster session, highlighting its most recent innovations. These new ingredients provide natural and clean label solutions for microbiological food safety and shelf life issues.
