PuraQ® Verdad is our new clean label brand line. For the refrigerated food market we have PuraQ Verdad products based on cane sugar fermentations (currently available in the US). These products can be labeled as "cultured sugar" and provide excellent microbial control against pathogens and spoilage microorganisms.
