Shelf life of beverages is a determining factor for producers when it comes to supply chain, distribution. To increase shelf life of a product gives producers an extra advantage that can positively impact on sales.

PuraQ® XTend is a range of products tailored to preservation of food products. It can control microbial spoilage, suppress the growth of yeasts and moulds, and even preserve or improve the taste experience of your product.

However, Purac's portfolio to improve shelf life of beverages is growing. For instance, we will be launching a new product in 2010 dedicated to the control of Alicyclobacillus bacteria, which was - until now - an unsolved problem for beverage producers.
