Lauric Arginate (LAE) is a Na-lauroyl-Larginine ethyl ester formulation.

LAE is a novel antimicrobial compound that can be used for bacteriocidal surface treatment of fresh and cooked meat against foodborne pathogens such as: E.coli, Salmonella spp. and Listeria monocytogenes.
