Cultured sugar is a label friendly ingredient used for preservation of food products. Our cultured sugar products are based on corn or cane sugar fermentations and can be labelled as 'cultured sugar, vinegar' or 'cultured corn sugar'.
It consists of fermentation products such as sugars, organic acids, peptides and/or aromas.

Cultured (corn) sugar is offered in liquid form (dark colored).
