PURACAL XPro is calcium lactate gluconate in the form of a white, free flowing powder which is odorless and practically tasteless. It is a highly and quickly soluble salt, which makes it suitable for fortification of drinks with high brix and low temperature without precipitation.Rapid in-line processing at cold temperature.
PURACAL QStable
PURACAL QStable is stabilized calcium carbonate, specifically developed for calcium fortification of neutral soymilk or soy based drink It gives a smooth mouth feel, not gritty. There is no need for additional stabilizers or pH adjustment and a long shelf life can be achieved due to high stability.
