Purac nominated twice for Food Ingredients Excellence Awards 2011


Purac is proud to announce that no less than two of Purac's food solutions have been shortlisted for the Food Ingredients Europe Excellence Awards 2011.


Nominated in the category "Confectionery Innovation of the Year" is Purac's revolutionary designed coated acid PURAC Powder MA.

Purac's natural solution for sodium reduction PuraQ Arome NA4 has been nominated in the category "Savory/Meat Innovation of the Year".


"Building on the renowned innovation Awards, the Fi Excellence Awards 2011 will recognise individuals and businesses for their exemplary work and contribution to the industry.

The awards are judged by a leading panel of industry experts who will evaluate the entries on their ability to demonstrate and drive innovation."
